On this week’s episode of Lifetime’s “One Born Every Minute,” first-time mom Nicole struggles with the unexpected need to have a Cesarean after being in labor longer than Paris Hilton has ever been in a relationship. But never fear! Granny Rosemary defuses the tension by offering her daughter a lifetime of wisdom about where babies come from — or don’t come from — how to exact revenge on a “downer” of a nurse and what she believes is in the best interest of her granddaughter.

“Hell, if you gotta get a Cesarean, you get that goddamn Cesarean!”

Granny Rosemary totally needs her own spin-off.
