The Marriage of Usher, 29, and make-up artist Tameka Foster, 38, has officially passed on to the big Divorce Court in the sky.  The marriage was two years old.

“The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” an insider tells In Touch, adding, “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.”

The Marriage of Usher and Tameka is survived by their two children, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, 6 months, Tameka’s sweet alimony payments, and Mama Usher’s utter elation that she FINALLY has her son all to herself again.
