Oh, How the Plot Thickens… Matthew Vaughn Rumored to Be January Jones’ Baby Daddy

JAnuaryJones-MatthewVaughn

If this rumor is true…?  Between Matthew Vaughn and Arnold Schwarzenegger, we certainly have enough lovechild announcements to officially declare May “National Celebrity A-hole Husband Month.”

Both E! and Crazy Days and Nights are running stories building the case — a case that both January Jones’ and Matthew’s camps are not denying — to prove that January’s mysterious baby daddy is none other than the British X-Men director (who, inconveniently, just also happens to be Claudia Schiffer’s husband).  Movie set sources say January and Matthew became “very close,” two words no wife likes to hear, and that Matthew and Claudia “abruptly” left Los Angeles at roughly the same time January made her surprise baby announcement in April, even though the couple was scheduled to stay through May.

Even weirder:  There is going to be no X-Men premiere, just a screening — and Matthew could not attend that screening because of a “severe” case of tonsillitis.

Miraculously, though, Matthew was still able to chat it up for X-Men interviews on the same day.   Hmmmm.

If I were Claudia, I would aim much lower than the tonsils.
