My Little George Costanza

Okay, so my beautiful month-old daughter has something in common with most of the thirtysomething men at my last high school reunion:  she’s losing her hair.  As you can see, she’s currently rocking the George Costanza ‘do:

I’d originally thought she had my dark curls — I know, I know… it’s true; I am NOT a natural blonde!  Enough to shock you to your core, I’m sure! — but now only time will tell.  In the meantime, perhaps she would benefit from a classy and natural baby toupée.  This IS L.A., after all.  Everybody out here gets their looks “enhanced” somehow!  A few possibilities we’re considering:

The Kate Gosselin

The Donald

The Rachel

And…

The Larry King

Donations for Skylar’s future therapy bills are now being accepted at 1-888-Skyes-Mom-Is-Nuts

Because sharing is caring, as I tell my kids. (Except my wine. Never my wine.)

Candy Kirby is the founder of The Laughing Stork and a professional fun-maker who will never stop chasing her lifelong dream: to find the Pomeranian or porn star after whom her parents must have named her. A humor columnist for Disney, Nickelodeon, Scary Mommy, Reductress and Redbook, she also used to be a staff writer for the soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful, where she penned many scripts featuring prolonged heated stares and countless “Who’s the Daddy?” story lines. Candy lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two young kids and three rescue Persian cats, the latter of whom are the real brains behind this operation (so send all complaints to them).
