The G&B Update: Giuliana & Bill Rancic Talk About Next Steps in Journey to Parenthood

When not trying to conceive, Giuliana enjoys "raising the roof"

I cannot lie:  I’ve totally been watching Giuliana and Bill, and feel like I know them so well that I can call Giuliana by her nickname, “G”…

So G and Bill haven’t exactly been secretive about their struggle to become parents, documenting the journey on their show.  And now…?  They say they are open to adoption or surrogacy:

“We’re looking at all of our options when it comes to children, whether it’s surrogacy or adoption,” Bill, 40, said during a recent visit to Us Weekly‘s NYC offices.

Added G, 35: “We’re going to keep trying ourselves, but if it doesn’t work out, there are so many other great alternatives. We’re open to everything.  We went through a really tough year trying to have a baby. We decided, you know what? We need some time off,” G — who once received 63 IVF shots a month — explained. “Bill decided to have the year of fun and just focus on the positive.”

I have to say, a year of trying to conceive with Bill Rancic the old-fashioned way — regardless of the outcome — sounds like a year of fun, indeed.

Because sharing is caring, as I tell my kids. (Except my wine. Never my wine.)
