Sh’yeah! Mike Myers to Become a Papa for the First Time

The tagline for Mike Myers’ old movie Wayne’s World is also very apropos for his latest venture:  parenthood.

Yup, Mike is to set become a dad for the first time at age 47.  His new “thirtysomething” wife, restauranteur Kelly Tisdale, is pregnant and in her second trimester.  His rep said:  “I can confirm they are expecting a child.”

Well, there you have it.

I’m sure Mike will make a wonderful father.  When the kid shows him a bug he found on the ground, Mike will say, “Wow, what a totally excellent discovery — NOT!”

The truth hurts, kids.
