Jamie Lynn Spears, Maddie Briann and Sean Preston Sing, “Take Me Out to the Ball Game…”

Hard to believe it was three years ago when Jamie Lynn Spears rocked our world by announcing she was pregnant — at only 16 years old — but here she is, a ripe ol’ 20 years old now (almost eligible for Medicare, right?), toting her daughter Maddie Briann and managing to pretty much stay out of the limelight since.  Aunt Jamie Lynn also holds hands with 4-year-old nephew Jayden, as they meet up with Britney and her beau Jason Trawick in Los Angeles.  The family cheered on their budding Derek Jeter, 5-year-old Sean Preston, at his little league game.  Papa Kevin Federline and his pregnant girlfriend also joined the fun.

That’s one fertile extended family, y’all.
