Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Welcome Twins After World’s Longest Pregnancy

It’s the end of an era, folks.  The era of Mariah Tweeting photos of her painted belly bump, that is — because she finally gave birth to her twins.  On her third wedding anniversary with Nick Cannon, no less.  Well-played, Mariah.  Well-played, indeed.

“My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life!” the new dad Tweeted Saturday, just hours after the big arrival.  Nick joked: “I won’t ever be able to top this!”

Asked if the couple planned for the birth to coincide with their third anniversary, Mariah’s rep said, “No, not even Mariah could plan that.”

Yeah, right about now, Nick’s candy and flowers are looking pretty lame.

Congrats on your new arrivals, you crazy kids!
