Alyssa Milano is finally going to learn “Who’s the Boss” (never could resist a cheesy pun) — and it sure isn’t her or her Hollywood agent hubby, Dave Bugliar — because she is expecting a baby, aka New Ruler of the House.  Yup, the 38-year-old actress announced her pregnancy today on — where else? — Twitter.

“Yes, it’s true. And we couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your warm wishes and love!” Alyssa tweeted today.

A rep for Alyssa reveals the baby is due sometime in the fall, though no word on an exact date.  No surprise there.

As far as congratulatory words go, I think Tony Micelli would have said it best:  “Ay-oh! Oh-ay!”

Man, I do love me some ’80s sitcoms.
