Sarah Palin Pitching Reality TV Show

Sarah Palin Pitching Reality TV Show

Love her or hate her, the fascination with Sarah Palin continues, which she is now hoping to parlay into a career as a TV producer.  Of course.

Sarah and legendary reality show producer Mark Burnett have been making the rounds in Hollywood this week to pitch a TV docudrama about Alaska.  One source called it a “planet-Earth type look” at Sarah’s home state.  One possible title being thrown around:  “YAWN.”

In addition to meeting with all of the major networks, Sarah is passing time in Los Angeles by appearing on The Tonight Show and taking advantage of her new Hollywood status by visiting American Idol (she stayed in the green room) and picking up some swag at the gift suites for the Oscars.  Of course.

Again, I’m sure the Alaska docudrama would be amazing and enlightening, but how ’bout a slightly different take on that idea — just slightly — such as “The Real Housewives of Juneau”?  Or “Keeping Up with the Palins”… or “Wasillian Shore”… or, my personal favorite, “Are You Smarter Than Sarah Palin?”
