TLC Divorces Jon Gosselin, Changes Name to ‘Kate Plus 8’

The Learning Channel is apparently tired of learning about Jon Gosselin’s harem of women, because they have decided to dump him from their popular reality program Jon & Kate Plus 8 — and change the show’s name to simply Kate Plus 8.

Ouch.

“Given Jon’s recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting Dad, not while all this other crap was going on,” a source close to Jon Gosselin eloquently said.

Not to mention they HAD to keep Kate because it’s her name that rhymes with “Eight.”

Oh, and what a coincidence:  On the same day this news emerged, Jon announced he’s trying to delay the divorce to make things more amicable with Kate.  Also, did you know he’s volunteering for Autistic children?  Yes!  That development was just leaked to Us Weekly as well.  What a well-timed, er… I mean, selfless use of Jon’s efforts.

Thankfully for unemployed Jon, the co-eds he tries to pick up don’t require an expensive courtship.  Just ply them with a bottle of Peach Schnapps, and BOOM!  Love is in the air…!
